HG Munrody Review

A review of the HG Munrody.

Whole body. Frog-like color and body shape. Most of the colors are reproduced using molded colors, but there are no stickers on the details, so the appearance is a bit monotonous.

The face is flat and embedded in the body, giving it a frog-like design.

The eye sensors are reproduced with stickers. In addition to those that are integrated with the rail, there are also separate types that can be moved.

Each part, etc. The chest is made up of only dark green. The small purple and black lines are not reproduced, so the appearance is a bit rough.

Around the waist. The central duct is color-coded. Although it is a mass-produced model, the waist armor is in a solid shape.

Arms and legs. The arms are normal, but the legs are quite short, creating a unique balance. Although they are short, they do have knee and ankle joints.

The bottom of the feet feature movable ball joint thrusters.

When viewed from behind, the torso appears to be a perfect sphere.

The Ahab reactor is exposed in the center, and there are large thrusters on either side. These also move on ball joints.

In terms of movement, the shoulders are pulled forward so they don’t go up very much, but the chin does rise surprisingly well and the hips swing around quite a bit.

The hip joints open quite a bit, the elbows and knees can be bent more than 90 degrees, and the contact with the ground is decent, so the mobility is quite good considering its appearance.

option.

Fully equipped.

Submachine gun. No special gimmicks.

The waist part can be pulled out and mounted. It also has a dowel so it can be fixed firmly.

Hammer Chopper.

This can also be mounted.

The size is a little smaller than the others as you would expect from the appearance. However, since it is wider, the volume is not that different.

Just a few at a time.

Shoots using the foot thrusters.

Since the shoulders can be pulled forward, it is possible to hold the ball with both hands, but since the palm is not flat, the angle is limited.

There seems to have been a large difference in numbers, but since Akihiro was being toyed with, his mobility appears to be quite high despite his appearance.

The arms are of normal length, so it is possible to recreate the movement of trying to pull out the Hammer Chopper.

The hips can also rotate, making the Hammer Chopper swing a natural motion.

The aircraft design doesn’t really give off that kind of image, but this weapon gives off a pirate vibe.

A showdown with Graze Custom. The packaging for both Manrody and Gusion gives spoilers, so if you don’t like them, you might want to avoid gathering too much information.

He swung his sword back to deliver the final blow.

It ends up being a complement to Barbados, which is now in its fourth form. This is a review of the HG Manrodi.

The colors and body shape of this MS are quite eccentric, like a frog, but the coloring is simple, so the coloring is almost perfect except for the details, and the joints are well done without being too noticeable.
The structure is the same as that of a normal MS, so the knees and other parts can be bent, and the neck and waist can move widely, so there was no difference in terms of playability from previous models.
As always, the Iron Blood series is inexpensive and easy to buy, so I highly recommend it to anyone who likes this kind of eccentric MS.
