HG Gundam Gusion Review

This is a review of the HG Gundam Gusion.

Whole body. The color and body shape are similar to that of the Manrody, but this one has thicker limbs and more detail on the head and torso.

The face. It has a flat shape like the Manrody, with a buried neck. This one has twin eyes, probably because it’s a Gundam.

The vulcan on the top of the head and the lower half of the face are coloured in high density, giving the face a more manly look than the Manrodi.

From above too.

Each part, etc. The torso is color-coded in four colors, but the purple squares on the left, right, top and bottom of the chest are stickers.

The waist area. The center bottom is also color coded. The armor is large, just like the Manrody.

Arms and legs. The arms are not that different, but the shoulders and legs are larger than the Manrodi. The calves in the legs are especially bulging, giving them a unique shape.

back.

This one did not have any movable thrusters.

The movement is similar to that of the Manrodi, but the torso is thicker and the swing of the hips is narrower. The head, shoulders and elbows are not much different.

The shoulders were still pulled forward. The hip joints were also a little harder to open, but the knees were now pulled out, so they could bend more.

option.

Fully equipped.

Submachine gun. This one is almost the same as the Manrody, but the shape of the lower part used when mounting has been changed.

Hammer. This is Gusion’s special weapon and is quite voluminous. The seam is in the middle, so it’s a bit noticeable.

Both weapons can be mounted on the back and waist.

The hammer can be mounted by expanding the armor on the back and attaching a joint.

It is possible to make a frame to some extent this time as well. However, since it has been simplified for HG, I think it will be quite different from the official setting.

The size is the same as the Manrody. I wonder if there is a reason why they made the appearance similar.

Just a few at a time.

The machine gun is almost the same as the Manrody. This one has a flat handle so it can be held with both hands naturally.

The waist can rotate 360 degrees, but the side armor interferes with it, making it a little difficult to move. The legs are thicker than the Manrodi, but there was no particular interference.

With so many thrusters, the rear view is also quite impressive.

Equipped with a hammer. If the angle is right, it can be held in one hand. It has good grounding despite its appearance.

The hammer has a long handle so it can be held with both hands.

Swing down.

Swinging it up. The color and shape are similar to a frog, but the body shape of this one is subtly reminiscent of the Hundred Eyes monster.

The size of the handle and the handle are not perfect, so the handle tends to rotate.

If you hold it with one hand, your wrist will likely give in to the weight, so it’s easier to use an assistant.

In the trailer, it was waved with one hand, so it might be mainly used with one hand.

It has a cute appearance, so it looks good in any sitting pose.

It ends up working with the Man Rodi. This is a review of the HG Gundam Gusion.

It has a unique body shape that is even bulkier than the Manrodi, but the design of the head and chest, which is more complex than the Manrodi, is reproduced in color-coding for the most part, and the parts configuration here is highly finished with less noticeable joints.
The neck and waist are thicker than the Man Rodi, so there is a little more interference than the Man Rodi, but the shoulders have a drawer, so the hammer can be held in both hands, and there was no part of the figure that I felt dissatisfied with.
In the 1/100 model, there is a hidden gimmick, and in the HG model, the new MS B is rumored to be after the transformation of the Gusion, or what is inside.
