This is a review of the HGUC REVIVE Gundam Mk-II. The color variations were released at the same time, so it includes both the AEUG and Titans versions.

The whole body. As this is the REVIVE version, it is a completely new design. While maintaining the sturdy body shape characteristic of the mk2, the color separation and seams have been greatly improved.

Face. The silhouette, eyes, mask, etc. are balanced close to the RX78. Since it’s HG, there are no color-coded ducts.

This time too, I stuck a sticker on top, but the eyes were made of clear parts.

Each part, etc. The color coding is perfect because it was done in the original HG. The green sensors are reproduced with stickers.

Waist.

Arms and legs. The calves are distinctive. The seams on both are not noticeable, and the yellow on the shoulders and legs is clearly colored.

The back. As expected, the inside of the pipes and nozzles were not color-coded.

The saber rack can move slightly back and forth.

Removing the center cover reveals a 3mm hole, probably for the G Defender.

option.

Fully equipped.

Vulcan pod on the head. The green sensor part is a sticker.

Beam rifle. Foregrip is movable.

It can also be mounted on the side armor.

Hyper Bazooka. The grip is movable. It’s a bit disappointing that it was only one color.

This can be mounted on the back of the waist.

Shield. The yellow part is a sticker.

The back side. Installation is done using the same joints as usual.

The expansion and contraction was reproduced by replacing parts.

There is no regular HG, so I used the Build mk2 and RG. The construction is almost completely different, so it was impossible to use the parts to make a Build mk2.

There is a subtle difference in the finish when compared to the regular Z. This one will also likely be revived in a little while.

Next up is the Titans version. Like the RG, the suit color is a navy blue with a slight blue tint.

The face. The design is the same as the AEUG version.

The dark color gives a slightly firm impression.

Each part, etc. The color of the chest is also black, unlike the AEUG version.

Waist.

The arms and legs. The joints were the same color.

back.

The options remain the same.

However, this comes with a number sticker.

Fully equipped. Rifles and bazookas are the same color.

The shield is blue, the same color as the aircraft.

The two figures lined up. There is no difference other than the color. The Titans one comes with a sticker, but the price is the same.

The navy blue color is almost the same as RG.

Just a few at a time.

The joints are similar to those of the RX78 from the same REVIVE series. Although it’s a little cramped, it is possible to hold the beam rifle with both hands.

The shoulder extension also faces upwards like that. However, when the Vulcan pod is attached, it interferes and doesn’t go up very far.

Hyper Bazooka. The neck is not made of polycaps but has a special joint that swings up and down, allowing it to point far up.

Your legs can also be raised easily, so kneeling is natural.

Beam sabers. No problems with waist rotation.

Kick. The hip joints are connected to the same base as the RX78, so when you lower one side, the other side goes up.

Changed to Titans specs.

The construction is the same, so the movement is unchanged.

Bazooka. The weapons are the exact same color.

Even with the Vulcan pod removed, the shoulders were quite raised. The ground contact was average, just like the RX78.

This is a review of the HGUC REVIVE Gundam Mk-II.
The RG version was postponed, but this time, it was released at the same time.
The REVIVE series is a solid production with good proportions and color separation, and the joints are made with the PC002 joints common to all Gundam projects, which is an improvement over the previous version.
The next REVIVE series will be the CUVELAY, but when placed alongside the mk2, the Z also looks inferior to the old version, so I would like to see a REVIVE with the Hyakushiki and others as well.
