NXEDGE STYLE Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second L Review

NXEDGE STYLE Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second L

This is a review of the Nexedge Style Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second L.

The whole body, without any weapons. Most of it is taken from the Red Frame, except for the head, shoulders, side armor, and tactical arms.

Tactical Arms Flight Form and Armor Schneider attached.

Although it can stand on its own, the joints in this series are not very strong so it is a bit unstable.

Face. Just like the Red Frame, it has sharp antennae and sharp eyes, making for a cool face.

The eyes and forehead are painted metallic. The orange cheeks are only painted on the front part.

Each part, etc. The torso is the same as the Red Frame.

Around the waist. The pin on the left side armor was missing.

The arms and legs. The shoulder armor and thigh armor Schneider are new, but the rest are the same as Red.

The Armor Schneider can be removed and kept as is.

On the back is Tactical Arms Flight Form.

The base can be pulled out slightly and the direction and angle can be adjusted using a ball joint.

The backpack removed.

Optional. Also comes with the usual stand (without the long pole).

Tactical Arms Sword Form. To transform, simply pull out the stored blade, align the left and right sides, raise the grip and rotate.

It’s difficult to hold it with one hand, so it also has a stand hole.

Tactical Arms Gatling Form. This one opens the blade and deploys the barrel.

This can also be supported by a pole.

Also, the Gatling arm of Tactical Arms II,

The sword arm can also be recreated using a special joint.

With red frame.

They are almost identical except for the head and shoulders.

Just a few at a time.

From Armor Schneider. Most of it is the same as the Red Frame, so the movement is roughly the same.

Gatling gun fire in flight form.

Transforms into sword form.

Charge forward,

Swinging. As expected, a big upper swing was impossible because of his big head.

Cut off.

Using the red frame effect. It is impossible to hold the sword with both hands, but it is possible to place one hand behind the handle.

Although the size doesn’t seem to fit perfectly, you can also use Quanta effects.

The white of the blade is painted on so it’s best to avoid doing that, but it was possible to use Barbatos effects as well.

Transforms into Gatling form.

Although it is deformed, the sizes of the main body and the tactical arms are well balanced, so it also looks natural.

Gatling arm. The ball part is exposed, but it’s just a bonus gimmick, so I don’t really mind.

Sword arm.

This is the perfect size for Quanta effects and the like.

Use this!

The wrists are also the same, so it was possible to equip the Red Frame with tactical arms.

This is a review of the NexEdge Style Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second L. Most of the parts are taken from the Red Frame, but the head, shoulders, and other new parts are sharply sculpted, as is typical of this series.

Most of the parts were taken from the Red Frame, but new parts such as the head and shoulders are sharply sculpted, as is typical of this series, and the overall texture is good.
The gimmick aspect was also perfect, as each of the Tactical Arms’ flight, sword, and gatling forms can be transformed without replacement, and the two modes of the original II can also be reproduced.
The Astray has been given a lot of preferential treatment in various series, but since the Red, Blue, and now the Gold Heaven are also scheduled, I have high expectations for them as well.
