This is a review of the MG Amazing Red Warrior.

The whole body. Some parts, such as the frame, are reused from the MG Gundam Ver. 2.0, but the majority of the parts are new and, as you’d expect from an MG, the color coding is perfect.

Face. The silhouette is similar to that of the RX-78, but it is completely new. The eyes are sharp and there is no frown on the mask, giving it a firm impression.

The eyes are stickers, but the bottom is a clear part. Since it’s MG, the antenna is also very sharp.

Each part, etc. A cockpit hatch has been added as an original MG gimmick, so the abdomen is shaped differently from the HG version.

The hatch opens upwards like a shutter.

The waist area. This also has more detail than the HG model, and the grey in the center is also color-coded.

The chest missiles can be deployed by pressing the switch on the back, and the side armor can be opened to expose the mounting latch.

Arms and legs. The length of the limbs and the calves are well balanced. The cylinders in the legs are movable, unlike the HG version.

shield.

Back side. The front Vulcans are also color-coded.

Back. The shoulder vernier units can move independently, just like the HG version. The backpack verniers are also movable with ball joints.

The weapon arm has more movable parts than the HG version, making it easier to use.

When the backpack is removed, a switch is released that pushes out the chest missiles.

The hips can be pulled out and swung, allowing for considerable movement back and forth.

option.

A Meijin Kawaguchi mini figure is also included.

Marking sticker.

Fully equipped.

Hyper Bazooka. The most basic weapon. It can be deployed forward while connected to the arm and used by raising the grip.

Gunblade (Short). A weapon equipped on the left side of the backpack. In the MG version, the blade is also color-coded.

Long blade parts are also included.

If you remove the blade, it can be used as a handgun. Also, if you rotate the central part, the mounting hole is exposed. This is common to all weapons.

You can also hold just the removed blade part. This is also held in place by the wrist pin.

Short rifle. This is the base part for the Beam Gatling and Beam Rifle A.

If you attach a Gatling barrel or E-PAC, it becomes a beam gatling gun.

By attaching a gun barrel and a sensor camera, it can be turned into a beam rifle. E-PAC and sensor camera are optional and can be used with either one.

Super Napalm can also be attached to the Beam Rifle A.

Beam rifle. There are no special gimmicks such as interchangeable parts.

The gimmick that allows the beam rifles A and B to be connected is the same as the HG one.

It remains the same even in Gatling mode.

Each weapon can be attached to the arm on the back by rotating the parts to expose the holes.

It was also possible to mount it to the latch on the side of the waist using a joint that fixed it to the grip.

Although there doesn’t seem to be much use for it, you can use the joint to connect it to the side of the weapon,

It was also possible to connect the grips together using joints.

It is also possible to connect only the short and long blades.

The saber blade is attached to the arm just like the HG version. Two types of long and short sabers are included.

The frame is the same as MG2.0, so some of the joints are the same. The molding color has not changed from HG.

Just a few at a time.

The mobility is based on the slightly older MG Gundam 2.0, but the shoulders can be extended about 70 degrees and are in no way inferior to newer models.

The Hyper Bazooka can also be deployed. It has high grounding and can stand stably even with its legs spread apart.

It also has a beam gatling gun and a missile hatch. All weapons are pin-type, so they are held securely.

Equipped with a beam rifle A-B. The waist is highly mobile, so it can be posed at angles that are not possible with the HG model.

The missile hatch also opens to fire all missiles. The arms are also easier to move than the HG version.

Weapon connection. It is also possible to have him kneel and hold the grips of both weapons.

The tip of the armor can be equipped with Super Napalm, which is borrowed from Gundam 2.0.

The sword blades are combined. The elbows and knees are double-jointed and can bend nearly 180 degrees, but unfortunately the waist can only rotate about 30 degrees due to interference.

Like the HG version, two beam sabers are included, one long and one short.

The difference between the long and short parts is greater than it was with HG.

It ends with a descent that can now be properly reproduced thanks to the movable fingers. This is the review of MG Amazing Red Warrior.
The frame of MG Gundam 2.0 was partially diverted, but most of it is new, so the proportions are well-balanced like the recent ones, and even the missile hatch inside the torso is perfectly color-coded, making it a highly finished product.
The MG Gundam 2.0 was a little old, but it was a model that specialized in mobility, so it is not inferior to the MG Gundam 2.0 even now, and although only the rotation of the waist was not perfect, the rest was perfect.
The pace of the Build Fighters MGs is considerably slower than that of the HGs, with the release of the Rinascita recently, but this is the first lineup from the Tri series, so it will be interesting to see if there will be a Build Burning or Tri Burning of the main character machine.
