HG High Mobility Zaku II Ortega Custom Review

This is a review of the HG High Mobility Zaku II Ortega’s custom machine.

The whole body. The main body is the same as the Gaia Mash’s machine that was released earlier, and the right shoulder is a shield and the left shoulder is a spike, which are the same as Mash’s machine.

Optional. A new Giant Heat Hawk and effect are included. It also comes with a dedicated stand.

A clear parts stand is also included.

Marking sticker.

With the Giant Heat Hawk attached. It is longer than the main body and the blade is large, making it quite an impressive sight.

However, the color was all gray and the blade was not color-coded.

Effect parts. These are colorless and transparent. Place them underneath to use.

Combined with the Giant Heat Hawk. Instead of inserting the blade into a gap, the blade is firmly sandwiched between the two parts.

Other features include a machine gun shared with the Gaia Mash machine,

A heat hawk is included. The bazooka and rifle are gone.

The machine gun’s spare magazine and heat hawk can be mounted on the waist.

The Black Tri-Stars are all together, alongside Gaia and the Mash Machine.

Just a few at a time.

The main weapon, the Giant Heat Hawk, has a handle that is the perfect size for the handle, allowing for a firm hold.

Swing it down using effects. The main body hasn’t changed, so the movement is also the same.

The Giant Heat Hawk is large, but the blade is thin and it is basically held with both hands, so the joints didn’t break.

Thanks to this weapon, it has the strongest presence of the three.

The effect is placed on the ground and clamped between the blade, so it doesn’t seem to be very versatile.

It seems like it could be used sideways if you place it against a wall or something, but you’ll still need a target object at all times.

There’s not much point in using them on Ortega’s machine, but there are also regular machine guns and heat hawks.

HG High Mobility Zaku II Ortega Custom Review

Finally, the three machines are finished together. The above is a review of the HG High Mobility Type Zaku II Ortega exclusive machine.

As for the body, it is the same as the Gaia Mash machine that came out earlier, so there is no change in the basic workmanship such as mobility.
The Giant Heat Hawk, which is the main feature of this model, was only available in a single color, but the volume of the model was just as impressive as it was in the movie, and it also comes with special effects, which is rare for a Gunpla.
The next one will be a Mobile Worker, which will appear in the second episode, and it has a very different design from the normal MS, so I have high expectations for that as well.
