This is a review of METAL BUILD Gundam Exia Repair IV.

The whole body. Based on Exia, the left arm and weapons are partly newly sculpted. The clear blade stands out, creating a sharp silhouette.

Face. The head is almost the same as the normal Exia, but the shape of the center antenna has changed.

The eyes are painted metallic as usual. The red line under the eye is the same molded type as the 10th ANNIVERSARY EDITION.

Each part, etc. The torso is almost the same as the regular Exia, but the left side of the chest has an exposed frame, giving it an asymmetrical appearance.

Waist.

Arms and legs. The shoulders are new, but the arms and legs are the same as Repair 3. The shoulders have been changed to a shape closer to Quanta.

The right shoulder armor can be deployed.

The left arm is completely new and the frame is exposed. The mechanical details are precise and look great.

back.

Each weapon connection part is movable, so direction and angle can be adjusted.

The arms on the rear armor can be deployed to grab the GN Bayonet that is equipped on it.

It is possible to grab the GN Tachi attached to the top of the GN Condenser while it is equipped with it.

The GN shield on the right shoulder is the same as the Quanta’s, but the sword and blade on either side are new.

Like Quanta’s shield, the base is movable and the central section can also be deployed.

The inner lens part is also movable.

Optional. All weapons can be equipped, so there are almost no extra parts.

Stands. The base has the words “Graham Gundam” written in a handwritten style.

GN Tachi. It’s the largest weapon in this series, but the blade is quite thin.

GN Battle Sword. The weapon equipped on either side of the shield is the second largest after Tachi.

GN Battle Blade. This is also a weapon equipped on the shield. The blade is shorter than the sword.

GN Bayonet. This is a weapon equipped on the waist arm. The handle of this weapon can move, and it can be used in sword mode or

Can be switched to rifle mode.

Repair 3. Most of it is the same as this one, but some parts such as the shoulders, left arm, and weapons are new.

Just a few at a time.

Equipped with a battle sword and a battle blade. Most of the parts are reused and the joints are also the same, so the movement is almost the same as the regular Exia.

The newly sculpted left arm has a different elbow joint than the right arm, but there is no real difference other than a slight reduction in mobility.

Slashing down. The original Exia was released 7 years ago, but it still looks and moves just as well.

GN Bayonet, gun mode.

The waist can also rotate.

There are quite a few variations of Exia, but this one is piloted by the left-handed Graham, which gives it a fresh feel.

The GN Tachi can be easily grabbed while mounted on the back.

The shield’s direction and angle can be adjusted, allowing you to change the silhouette in various ways.

Although the instructions say to use stand joints A and B together, this is unstable so it would have been better to use only A.

That’s it. This concludes the review of METAL BUILD Gundam Exia Repair IV.
Most parts are reused from the regular Exia, but the exposed left arm and the spiky silhouette are unique and quite cool.
The joints are almost the same, so the movement is the same as Exia, but I have no particular complaints, and the weapons are new, so they are fresh, and it was fun to play with the idea that the left-handed Graham is riding it, which gives it a slightly different feeling from before.
I thought that only the main machine and its variations were available in the Metal Build 00 series, but now it seems that Dynames Repair III will also be released, so I’m looking forward to that too.
