This is a review of METAL BUILD Double O Quanta Full Saber.

The whole body is just the main body. The main body shape is almost the same as the normal Quanta. The backpack is new and has a structure that allows equipment to be attached to both shoulders. However, since there is no normal backpack, the normal Quanta cannot be reproduced.

The 00 Quanta Full Saber is completed by attaching the GN Shield to the left shoulder and the Full Saber to the right shoulder. The Full Saber on the right shoulder is larger than the GN Shield, creating a very sharp silhouette.

Face. The head shape is the same as before. The standard version was released in December 2017, about 7 years ago, but the original head of the 00 series was well made so it still looks good.

The eyes are painted metallic as usual. The paint is accurate and the markings visible through the clear parts look great.

Each part, etc. The shape is the same, but the colors have changed quite a bit, with the blue being a lighter shade than the normal one. The red is also a little brighter.

Waist.

Arms and legs. These areas were unchanged except for the color. The markings were also modest, just like the standard model. It was unfortunate that there was a small paint stain on the left ankle, although I didn’t notice it for a while.

The arms are asymmetrical.

Back. The backpack is a new design, previously it was only on the left side, but now it has arms on both sides, and the center has changed from a lens to a cone.

There is a GN shield on the left shoulder. This is the same as the normal version. The clear parts were previously painted over, but this time the paint is much thicker, making it look more luminous. The color also changes depending on the angle.

The arm can move flexibly back and forth and left and right to avoid interference.

On the right shoulder is a full saber, which is an all-new design, and is larger than the GN Shield.

Back side. The movement of the arms is the same on both sides.

Backpack removed.

Just like the normal Quanta, it is equipped with an LED light-up gimmick, and by inserting a drive equipped with a light-up gimmick into the chest,

The chest and

The back can be illuminated.

When the backpack is equipped, the lens on the back is hidden, but the slit can be made to light up by pulling out the cone part.

option.

Field rings, effects, bit supports, etc.

Complete pedestal.

Equipped with GN Sword 5.

GN Sword 5 (Sword Mode). This is also the same as the one that comes with the normal Quanta, and is equipped by sliding the top of the grip guard and fastening it to the hole in the forearm with a dowel.

GN Sword 5 (rifle mode). To switch, simply hold the blade to the side and move the grip.

It can also be mounted on the side skirt by raising the small pin on the side.

Next, it combines with the bits. The bits can be separated from the shield just like the normal Quanta. Just like the normal one, each bit can also have its grip pulled out and held.

GN Sword 5 (Buster mode). The shield bits have been removed and it has been combined with the sword. This gimmick is also the same as the normal Quanta.

GN Sword 5 (Buster Rifle Mode): Here, the blade is laid horizontally with the front open and the back closed.

Next is the Full Saber. Each bit can also be separated and equipped.

This is called the GN Gunblade, and can be held in your hand or

It can be equipped to the elbow using the elbow connector.

The blade can also be moved to transform it into gun mode.

The two units can be combined to create Twin Edge Mode.

GN Katar, Katar Mode. In this version, the largest blade of the Full Saber has been separated and held in the hand using the Katar Grip.

GN Katar, rifle mode. This is the Katar with the connector attached and the Gunblade combined.

It is also possible to change the orientation of the connector and connector when attaching it.

Next is Full Saber Mode (A). This shows the combined Full Saber with the Gunblade on the back removed and the connector attached, with one Gunblade turned upside down and the handle pulled out.

Full Saber Mode (B). This can be achieved by simply switching the gun blades on either side of the blade from the A position to the front.

Saber mode. This is the form from A with the center and one side gunblade removed.

Launcher mode: In this mode, the blades of each gunblade are raised from the A position and the handles are stored, and the arm on the right side of the back of the main body is bent backwards to form a crossbow-like shape.

Next up is the GN field effect and field ring. These are the same as those that come with the standard Quanta. The effect is attached to the ring and then attached to the base using the auxiliary support and auxiliary base.

Each bit of the shield can be attached using a bit support on the outside of the ring.

Each bit post is connected with a ball joint and has grooves so it can be angled.

The field ring can also be attached to the underside using a short support.

Next is the Quantum Burst “Type Regular”. The armor deployment gimmick is the same as the normal one. The downside is that the armor in each part tends to fall off quite easily.

The rear. With the normal Quanta, it was possible to recreate the Quantum Burst using replacement parts, but this time that gimmick is no longer available.

The normal Quanta. Not only does it have a Full Saber, but the color is also different. The paint on the clear parts is also darker, giving it a completely different look.

Just a few at a time.

GN Sword 5 (Buster Mode). The body shape is the same, so the movement is the same, but the joints seem a little looser than the normal version.

Buster mode. The neck and waist can rotate freely, allowing the sword to be swung widely.

GN Gunblade and GN Katar. The Full Saber can be transformed into various forms.

GN Katar, rifle mode. As mentioned before, it fell off a lot, especially the armor on the back of both forearms.

Full Saber mode (A). The handle is long so you can hold it with both hands, but the sword is heavy and the handles tend to come off
.

Full Saber mode (B). The clear blade is fully painted, and it was beautiful to see how the color changed depending on the light.

If you also use the GN Sword 5, you can dual wield the huge swords.

Launcher mode. Here too, you can easily attach and remove the Full Saber, but it was a bit of a pain to hold it.

Quantum Burst “Type Regular”. Even in this state, it is still movable and can be equipped with various weapons.

This is the review of METAL BUILD Double O Quanta Full Saber.
I have the impression that Exia and Double O have frequent variations, but it’s been about seven years since the release of the normal version of Quanta, and finally the first variation of the additional weapon form Full Saber has been released.
The main body is almost the same as the normal version, so the quality is the same as before, but the coloring has changed considerably, and the paint on the clear parts has become darker, making it look much better. The main Full Saber this time also has a lot of gimmicks and is worth playing with, and although it was stressful that the main body kept falling off, it looked perfect in terms of coolness. I
thought that if there were to be any variations of Quanta, the first one would be Trans-Am Quanta, but unlike Exia and Double O Raiser, there is a long gap between them, so maybe they don’t have any plans to release them in the first place, but I would like to line up the three Trans-Ams, so I hope they will release them someday.
