This is a review of HG Graze Ein.

The whole body. Although it is called Graze Ein, the size is completely different, so the exterior is all new and there is little reuse of the frame.

Face. It has a sharper silhouette than the normal Graze.

The yellow sensor is reproduced with a sticker, just like the normal Graze.

The front head part can be replaced and deployed. In this state, the antenna on the back also deploys forward.

The red sensor is a sticker. In the movie, the cover was often open, showing the red eyes, so this is the more familiar look.

From below.

Each part, etc. It’s bigger, but it’s still a Graze so this part is similar to the normal one. The yellow is also a sticker like the normal one.

Around the waist. The armor on both sides is larger than normal.

Arms and legs. The arms, including the shoulders, are almost completely different from the normal ones. The legs are roughly the same, but the ankles are a completely different shape.

The shoulders are expanded at the center and the lower part.

There is a pile bunker on the back of the forearm.

This can be deployed by sliding it. The center of the forearm is also movable.

The leg thrusters are movable.

The details on the soles of the feet have also been recreated.

back.

The backpack is movable. Not only the base but also the tip of the axe attachment is movable.

The frame is mainly reused for the torso and only a few other parts, but the construction itself is not that different so it is closer to the Graze.

The swing of the hips, hip joints, elbows and knees are also good. The back of the shins can also move back and forth, and the unique ankles have good contact with the ground during BJ.

The shoulders are constructed in the same way as Graze, and the chest can move on both sides.

option.

The head is deployed and equipped with a large axe.

The backpack is movable so you can grab the axe right away.

A large axe. No special gimmicks.

The shoulder-mounted machine gun can be deployed by replacing the shoulder. It can be installed by opening the shoulder.

It also comes with ankle parts that recreate the folded leg position during the drill kick.

As usual, it is not complete, but it can be made into a frame. The only parts that are the same as the normal version are the torso and thighs.

Normal Graze. In terms of overall height alone, the 1/100 scale was closer.

The back. The only similarities are the reactor and the underside of the legs.

Even when placed next to the Barbatos, it was quite large and had the presence of a boss machine.

Just a few at a time.

The frame is constructed similarly so the movement is similar to Graze, but this one’s waist can rotate.

Like the normal Graze, it has a wide hip swing range and can swing over widely.

Slash down.

Although the ankle doesn’t look like it can move, it has surprisingly good contact with the ground.

Machine gun fire. This weapon is designed to be fired quietly.

Jumping with both hands. The movement is light despite its appearance.

The axe handle can also be used with the palm of your hand, so the look there is a bit odd.

Although it is large, it is light so there is little risk of the joints breaking.

Drill kick.

Pile bunker.

This is a simple sliding mechanism, but the diameter is perfect so it won’t shift out of place.

From the big jump

Landing.

Using Hyakuren in place of Rōei, this is the first unrivaled form.

Number 2. The effect is from the SHF Fourze set.

Number 3. He was still strong, but in the next episode everyone was still alive, so his status as a final boss was downgraded.

Confronting Barbatos.

Drill kick destroys chest armor.

Just when I thought it was the final blow,

Reversal.

The sword that finally rose in popularity.

It looks like these types of weapons will be the main focus in season 2.

This concludes the review of the HG Graze Ein.
As imagined in the anime, it is much larger than the usual 1/144 scale HG, which makes it very impressive, and the silhouette full of a strange feeling is faithfully reproduced. The coloring is also simple to begin with, so the color separation is also good, making it a highly finished kit.
The movement and frame construction are the same as usual, so it is stable, and the only thing that was disappointing was that it didn’t have a proper axe handle, but all the gimmicks such as the shoulder machine gun and the feet for the drill kick are all reproduced by replacing parts, so the play value is high.
It doesn’t have the density of a 1/100, but it’s closer to that size, but the price is not much different from the standard HG, so it feels like a good deal, so if you liked it in the anime, I highly recommend it.
